  • DAY 1: Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport. Your driver will pick you up and transport you to the little town of Arusha. This town is the gateway to your safari. After the long flight, you will be taken by your guide to a serene retreat built around the forest of Mount Meru. This accommodation will provide the rest and preparation needed before you embark on your safari.
  • DAY 2: After breakfast, you will be taken to Arusha airport for your short flight to Serengeti. You will fly to the part of the Serengeti where the migrations of animals will be at that time of the year. Your experienced guide will pick you up at the airport in Serengeti.
  • DAY 3: All-day game viewing.
  • DAY 4: Today, you will continue with game viewing towards the northeastern part of Serengeti. This part of the Serengeti consists of scattered open plains, ranges of hills, and granite kopjes that offer the best big cat viewings of lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
  • DAY 5: Head to the central part of the Serengeti. This part of the Serengeti is world-famous and has the greatest diversity of animals including elephants, giraffes, baboons, impalas, and water buffalo. This attracts a lot of large and small predators such as hyenas, jackals, and foxes.
  • DAY 6: Explore the western part of the Serengeti or Seronera depending on the animals.
  • DAY 7: Today, you will head toward Ngorongoro Crater driving through open grassland. You will stop at Oldavai Gorge, also known as the cradle of mankind. This location is where the first skulls of mankind were found. You will continue to the crater highlands reaching your lodging in the afternoon.
  • DAY 8: Very early morning, you will drive into the crater. This is a world heritage site. It is the largest intact volcanic caldera and sometimes is known as the 8th wonder of the world.
  • DAY 9: Head to Lake Manyara. You can stop by the town or head into the park.
  • DAY 10: After breakfast, you will head toward Tarangire. Tarangire is a hidden wonder. The park is known for its large elephant herds and giant Baobab trees. These trees are also called "the tree of life".
  • DAY 11: Explore Tarangire.
  • DAY 12: Head toward the airport for the flight home. Here you will have a day room to relax before your flight home.
